When ordering online, The Courier Guy will deliver to your nearest Pudo locker.
Delivery Costs
- Courier delivery nationwide: Typically R110
FREE delivery on most orders R1,000 or more! Exceptions: Orders including large or oversized items (even if over R1,000) incur a shipping fee.
- Standard large items (e.g., large art paper sheets, medium canvases): R300
- Extra-large/jumbo items (e.g., massive canvases, floor easels): R450, R650, or more
For remote addresses, we may contact you to arrange delivery to a nearby secure Pudo locker.
Delivery Timelines
- Orders dispatch within 1–3 working days of payment.
- Courier delivery takes 2–5 working days (location-dependent).
- You’ll receive a tracking link for courier shipments.
Please note: During holiday seasons, delivery timelines may alter due to a high demand.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE SOUTH AFRICA
We do not handle international shipping or customs documentation. However, we can package your order for collection by your chosen courier or shipping provider.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the courier will notify us. We’ll contact you for updated details. Any additional courier fees must be confirmed and paid before re-shipment.
In the rare event a package is returned to us, we’ll reach out to resolve next steps.
