Where is Creativia located? We’re a proudly South African company based in the KwaZulu Natal. Visit us at shongweni market every sun, Coffee shop if Bothes Hill
Do you sell to the public or are you a wholesaler? We sell retail to the public. We also serve companies and organisations, but do not offer wholesale pricing.
Can I buy a gift voucher online? Yes! [Click here to select an amount.] The voucher is emailed as a printable/forwardable letter. Choose ‘in-store collection’ at checkout to avoid shipping fees. Vouchers are sent within 4–6 working hours (Mon–Thu 9:00–16:00; Fri 9:00–13:00).
Can I redeem a gift voucher online? Yes. Email hello@creativia.online with your voucher details – we’ll send you a discount code for the full amount.
Where do you ship to? We deliver nationwide within South Africa. For international orders, we can’t handle shipping or customs, but we’ll package your order for collection by your courier.
What are the shipping costs and options?
- Orders R1,000+: Usually FREE courier delivery*
- Collection from Salt River: FREE
- Orders under R1,000: R150 courier fee *Large/oversized items may incur extra fees (shown at checkout or quoted via email). See our [Shipping page] for details.
When will my order arrive? Typically 3–7 working days, depending on location and method. We’ll keep you updated.
Can I track my order? Yes – tracking details are emailed the morning after dispatch.
What payment methods do you accept online? Secure payment via Mastercard, Visa, SnapScan, or Instant EFT.
Is there a Creativia Loyalty program? Yes! Earn R1 back for every R30 spent on nearly everything, in-store or online. To use loyalty online, email hello@creativia.online in advance – we’ll create a personal discount code.
How do I apply a discount code? Enter your code in the promo box at checkout, then click Apply Coupon.
The product I want isn’t online – what now? Our Salt River store stocks thousands of items not yet online. Email hello@creativia.online – if we have it, we’ll add it to the online store for you.
Can I order via email and pay by EFT? Yes! We’ll send an invoice (including shipping if needed). Your order is processed only after payment reflects (usually 2–3 days). Need it faster? Contact us – we’ll help where possible. Email hello@creativia.online to get started.
