General Information

Where is Creativia located?

We are a proudly South African company based in KwaZulu-Natal. While we operate online to serve the whole country, our roots are firmly planted in KZN.

Do you sell to the public or are you a wholesaler?

We are a retail store open to the public. Whether you are a hobbyist, a parent, or a professional artist, you can shop with us directly. Note: While we happily supply companies and organizations, we do not currently offer wholesale pricing.

The product I want isn’t on the website. What can I do?

We are constantly expanding our catalogue! If you can’t find a specific art supply or tool, please email us at hello@creativia.online.

  • If we have stock, we will add it to the online store for you immediately.

  • If we don’t stock it, we will make every attempt to source the item for you from our network of suppliers.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

  • International Orders: We do not handle international shipping or customs directly. However, we can package your order for collection if you arrange your own courier to pick it up from our premises.

What are the shipping costs?

We strive to keep delivery affordable. Here is a breakdown of our current rates:

  • Standard Courier Delivery: R110 (Nationwide).

  • Orders Over R1,000: FREE courier delivery (Excludes large/oversized items).

  • Large Items: R300 (e.g., large art paper sheets, medium canvases).

  • Extra Large/Jumbo Items: From R450 (e.g., massive canvases, floor easels).

    • Note: Oversized items incur these surcharges even if the total order value exceeds R1,000.

  • Remote Areas: If your address is in a remote location, we may contact you to arrange delivery to a nearby secure Pudo locker.

When will my order arrive?

We know you are excited to get creating! Here is our typical timeline:

  1. Dispatch: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment.

  2. Courier Transit: Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

    • Please Note: During peak holiday seasons, delivery timelines may change due to high demand.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive an email with your tracking link the morning after your order has been dispatched.


Payments & Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer safe and secure online checkout options via PayFast, including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Mastercard and Visa.

  • Instant EFT: Secure bank transfers.

Can I order via email and pay by Manual EFT?

Yes, absolutely! If you prefer not to order through the website checkout:

  1. Email your list of requirements to hello@creativia.online.

  2. We will send you a formal invoice (including shipping).

  3. Your order will be processed once the payment reflects in our account (usually 2–3 days).
